As a Telemarketing Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our franchise model, build rapport with potential customers, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads. Present products/services to potential clients and articulate their benefits. Identify customer needs and provide solutions accordingly. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals. Requirements: Proven experience in telemarketing or sales role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to persuade and influence others effectively. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
