Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements. Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and update the customer database. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Qualifications: Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
