Roles and Responsibilities:
Passenger Check-in: Handle passenger check-in procedures, verify travel documents, issue boarding passes, and tag baggage.
Baggage Handling: Manage baggage handling processes, load and unload luggage, operate baggage handling systems, and ensure timely baggage delivery.
Boarding Gate Operations: Assist passengers with boarding, verify boarding passes, manage gate announcements, and ensure on-time departures.
Ground Support Equipment Operation: Operate ground support equipment such as tugs and conveyor belts, ensuring safe and efficient aircraft handling.
Aircraft Marshalling: Guide aircraft to and from parking positions, ensuring safe maneuvering on the ground.
Airport Security Procedures: Implement and adhere to airport security procedures, screen passengers and baggage, and maintain a secure environment.
Departure Control Systems: Utilize departure control systems to manage flight schedules, monitor passenger boarding, and coordinate ground operations.
Arrival and Departure Procedures: Execute arrival and departure procedures, manage passenger flow, and ensure smooth transitions.
Dangerous Goods Handling: Handle dangerous goods according to regulations, ensuring safe storage, transportation, and handling.
Weight and Balance Calculations: Perform weight and balance calculations for aircraft, ensuring safe and efficient flight operations.
