: Job Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in airport operations is required. Demonstrated experience in managing airside operations, ground handling, and aviation safety is essential. Prior experience in a leadership role within an airport environment is highly preferred.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

* Oversee and manage all aspects of airside operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency.
* Develop, implement, and maintain airport operational procedures and policies in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Manage and supervise a team of airport operations personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
* Coordinate with various stakeholders, including airlines, ground handling agents, ATC, and security personnel, to ensure seamless airport operations.
* Monitor and analyze airport performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Develop and manage the airport's emergency response plan, conducting regular drills and exercises to ensure preparedness.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation safety regulations and standards, including ICAO and DGCA guidelines.
* Manage and optimize the allocation of airport resources, including personnel, equipment, and infrastructure.
* Implement and maintain airport security protocols to ensure the safety and security of passengers, staff, and airport assets.
* Participate in Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) initiatives to improve airport efficiency and reduce delays.
* Serve as a liaison with Air Traffic Control (ATC) to coordinate air traffic operations and ensure safe and efficient aircraft movements.
* Investigate and report on any incidents or accidents that occur within the airport, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
* Develop and manage the airport operations budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and utilization.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve airport operations and enhance the passenger experience.
* Prepare and present reports on airport operations performance to senior management.
