Analyst

  Role Summary   An Analyst or Fresher is a key member of the deal execution team of UV Capital. This is a role that gives an opportunity to work on variety of deals from structured finance, project finance, M&A, Equity fund raise to capital markets deals across sectors and on complete deal life cycle of live deals both Indian and international. This will help in developing strong financial modelling skills and gaining experience in IB deal life cycle  Deal Execution   1. Be part of Transaction Execution team   2. Prepare teasers, pitch books for proposals.   3. Support in preparing financial models, financial analysis.   4. Assist in preparation of marketing materials, presentations etc. for client pitching / BD.   5. Maintain internal data bases.   6. Regular market research on the target segments   Support Business development team / leaders   1. Support Business development team / leader in market research, sector/industry research or market /economic / regulatory information.   2. Support Execution Team in Proposal Preparation / IM/ Project Appraisal/ Due Diligence.  Experience   1. 0-5 years of overall experience.   2. Must have experience of preparing Pitch books, Teasers & IM   3. Must have good understanding of IB products and services   Education   B.com Hons or MBA Fresher-Economic Honors or Math’s honors   Skills & Attitude   1. Excellent pitch book preparation skills   2. Good PPT and MS-Excel skills   3. Strong Financial analysis skills   4. Strong analytical and number crunching skills   5. Strong accounting concepts   6. Very good written and spoken English.   7. Go getter & self-starter!   8. High Aptitude   Industry Exposure   1. Credit rating agency or fresher.   2. Investment banking   3. Investment advisory
