Native Android Developer We are looking for a skilled and passionate Native Android Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing high-performance Android applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern Android development practices and capable of leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Native Android applications. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following Android best practices. Debug, optimize, and improve application performance and stability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions. Technical Skills Required 2+ years of experience in Native Android development using Kotlin and/or Java. Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle. Experience with MVVM architecture, Jetpack Components (ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation, Room, WorkManager), and Android Architecture Components. Good understanding of Material Design Guidelines and responsive UI development. Experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and third-party SDKs. Hands-on experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore/Realtime Database, FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics). Knowledge of local storage technologies such as Room, SQLite, or SharedPreferences/DataStore. Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab and collaborative development workflows. Understanding of app performance optimization, memory management, multithreading, and debugging tools. Experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Hilt or Dagger is a plus. Knowledge of unit testing and UI testing frameworks is desirable. AI-Driven Development Ability to effectively utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar for code generation, debugging, documentation, test case creation, and productivity enhancement while ensuring code quality and security.
