Job Summary: Shandar Services is looking for an experienced Cook to provide monthly cooking services for households or businesses. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing a variety of dishes, ensuring quality and hygiene standards. The Cook will be responsible for meal planning, grocery shopping, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, all while catering to the specific dietary needs and preferences of the client. Key Responsibilities: Prepare daily meals as per the client’s dietary requirements and preferences (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Plan and create menus in collaboration with the client, considering nutritional balance and variety. Purchase groceries and ingredients, ensuring the use of fresh and high-quality products. Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and utensils after meal preparation. Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times. Accommodate special dietary needs (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, low-carb, etc.). Manage food inventory and storage, minimizing waste. Be punctual and reliable in maintaining the daily cooking schedule. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Cook, with expertise in preparing a variety of cuisines (Indian, Continental, etc.). Ability to create customized meal plans based on client preferences and health goals. Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene regulations. Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic communication skills in [preferred language of the client] (e.g., Hindi, English).
