Research and source relevant information as per project requirements. Telecalling: Make calls to collect or verify data and follow up with clients. Communicate effectively to understand and document client needs. Email Communication: Draft and send professional emails for data collection, follow-ups, and updates. Respond to client queries promptly and professionally. Database Management: Organize, update, and maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets.
