We are looking for a passionate and organized **Event Manager** to plan, coordinate, and execute weddings and events while ensuring an exceptional client experience. ## Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and manage wedding events from start to finish. * Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and expectations. * Manage event timelines, schedules, and execution plans. * Coordinate with photographers, videographers, decorators, caterers, makeup artists, and other vendors. * Conduct venue visits and client meetings when required. * Supervise on-site event operations and ensure smooth execution. * Resolve last-minute issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism. * Maintain event budgets, reports, and documentation. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. * Build strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction. ## Eligibility * Graduate in any discipline. * 1–4 years of experience in Event Management, Wedding Planning, Hospitality, Client Coordination, or a related field. * Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also apply. ## Required Skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities. * Vendor management and negotiation skills. * Problem-solving and decision-making ability. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events. * Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications. * Willingness to travel and work on weekends or during events. ## Preferred Candidate * Passionate about weddings and event management. * Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills. * Able to work independently and as part of a team. * Positive attitude with strong leadership and coordination abilities. ## Benefits * Competitive Salary * Performance-Based Incentives * Career Growth Opportunities * Professional Working Environment * Training & Development * Opportunity to work on premium luxury weddings and events **Job Type:** Full-time **Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives **Work Location:** Ghiror, Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh
