Front Desk Coordinator & Sales Executive

Requirements - Pleasant personality and presentable appearance. Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language). Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Office). Customer service mindset and patience. Sales awareness (ability to explain schemes, offers, and product highlights). For Sales - Greet customers and understand their clothing preferences. Showcase products (formal wear, casuals, ethnic wear, kids’ section, etc.). Suggest styles, sizes, and combinations (upselling & cross-selling). Explain offers, discounts, and membership/loyalty programs. Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business. For Front Desk- Welcome customers warmly as they enter the showroom. Guide them to the right sales executive or section. Handle initial queries politely.
