Position Details Position: Jr. Graphic Designer Location: 803, Lodha Supremus Gate 2, Kolshet Road, Thane, Maharashtra Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our real estate branding and marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media, brochures, and property promotions. Key Responsibilities • Design engaging creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, and real estate ads • Create and maintain branding assets for properties, events, and campaigns • Assist with reel/video content using templates and basic editing tools • Ensure brand consistency across all visual content • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and content teams to deliver high-impact designs • Create visuals for websites, presentations, emailers, and internal campaigns • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas • Edit, retouch, and enhance images and design elements as needed • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and design techniques Key Skills • Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to design engaging visual content • Apply image retouching techniques to enhance photos and creatives • Utilize basic video editing tools such as InShot, VN, or Canva Video for short-form content • Leverage CorelDraw (optional) for specific print and layout-based design tasks • Demonstrate strong creative thinking and visual storytelling in all design projects • Maintain high attention to detail across digital and print materials • Manage multiple design tasks efficiently with strong time management skills • Good communication skills and team collaboration Qualifications • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (real estate or digital marketing experience preferred) • Strong design portfolio (social media creatives, brochures, branding) Reach us on - Call : Sr HR Executive – Kalpita Vaity – 9136054857 & hr@beyondluxury.co.in Instagram Page : beyondluxury.realestate Website : www.beyondluxury.co.in
