**Roles and Responsibilities:**

* Perform passenger check-in procedures, including verifying travel documents, issuing boarding passes, and handling baggage.
* Operate passenger check-in systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) to efficiently manage passenger data and flight information.
* Assist passengers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and other travel-related matters.
* Ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of baggage, cargo, and mail.
* Perform ramp operations duties, including aircraft marshalling, guiding aircraft to and from parking positions, and ensuring the safety of the ramp area.
* Operate Ground Power Units (GPUs) to provide electrical power to aircraft while on the ground, adhering to safety protocols.
* Collaborate with other ground staff members, including baggage handlers, ramp agents, and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless operations.
* Adhere to all aviation safety regulations and security procedures.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Assist passengers with special needs, such as wheelchair assistance or unaccompanied minors.
* Handle irregular operations, such as flight delays or cancellations, and provide assistance to affected passengers.
