Description: Provide exceptional customer service to passengers at Guwahati International Airport, ensuring smooth and efficient operations from check-in to baggage claim. Handle passenger inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive airport experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Passenger Check-in and Check-out: Manage passenger check-in, verify travel documents, issue boarding passes, tag baggage, and facilitate smooth check-out procedures.
Baggage Handling: Oversee baggage handling processes, ensuring timely and accurate loading and unloading of passenger luggage, and address baggage-related inquiries.
Airport Security Procedures: Adhere to and enforce airport security regulations, conduct security checks, and maintain a safe environment for passengers and staff.
Boarding Gate Procedures: Manage boarding gate operations, verify passenger information, assist with boarding procedures, and ensure on-time departures.
Ground Support Equipment Operation: Operate ground support equipment as needed, including baggage carts, tugs, and belt loaders, ensuring safe and efficient handling of aircraft and passenger belongings.
Passenger Inquiries and Issue Resolution: Respond to passenger inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, and offer assistance with various airport-related needs.
Ticketing and Fare Calculation: Issue tickets, calculate fares, process payments, and handle ticketing-related inquiries.
Aircraft Weight and Balance Calculations: Perform aircraft weight and balance calculations to ensure safe and efficient aircraft operations.
