Roles and Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate ground handling activities, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
* Oversee baggage handling processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to passengers.
* Enforce strict adherence to ramp safety regulations and airport security protocols.
* Manage and train ground staff personnel, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
* Monitor and maintain Ground Service Equipment (GSE), ensuring proper functionality and safety.
* Implement load planning and distribution strategies to optimize aircraft performance.
* Address and resolve any operational issues or delays, minimizing disruptions to flight schedules.
* Provide exceptional passenger assistance, particularly to passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) and those requiring special assistance.
* Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
* Collaborate with other airport departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain accurate records of ground handling activities and equipment maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company policies.
* Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all ground handling tasks.
