It Sales Executive

Title- "Business Development Executive – IT Sales Experience:6 Months – 1.5+ Years Location:Sakinaka, Andheri, Mumbai Employment Type:Full-Time | Work From Office Industry:IT / Software Services CTC:₹ 5  LPA + Variable Pay Joining:Immediate Joiners / Candidates with up to 30 days’ notice Work Location:Mumbai candidates only / Candidates comfortable with WFO About the Role We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive with 6 months–1.5+ years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, promoting IT services, and contributing towards revenue growth. Key Responsibilities - Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. - Pitch and promote IT services to prospective clients. - Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. - Prepare and share proposals and quotations. - Maintain lead and client information in CRM and provide regular sales reports. - Coordinate with internal technical teams for project discussions and requirements. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills - 6 months–1.5+ years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills. - Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking systems. - Basic understanding of IT services such as web/app development and software solutions. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a good team player. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in B2B IT / Software Services Sales. - Experience in proposal preparation and RFP handling. - Graduate in any stream with 60% or above throughout academics (10th, 12th & Graduation).
