About The Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UX Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate user needs into intuitive, high-fidelity digital experiences. You will play a vital role in maintaining design consistency across our platforms while contributing to the end-to-end product development lifecycle. As a member of our team, you will help shape the future of our user-facing applications by balancing aesthetic excellence with functional performance. Key Responsibilities Design user-centric interfaces, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation of UI components. Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and iterate on design solutions. Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and design reviews. Translate complex technical requirements into simple, elegant user flows. Requirements 0 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, and color theory. Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and technical teams. Experience working within an agile development environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating a clear understanding of the design process and problem-solving skills.
