About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that drive our core business objectives. You will work within a high-performing, agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions. As a key member of our technical staff, you will contribute to the full software development life cycle, ensuring high code quality through rigorous peer reviews and the implementation of industry-standard best practices. Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack. Develop responsive, user-centric front-end interfaces using React.js. Architect secure and scalable server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express. Manage and optimize database schemas and queries within MongoDB. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings within an agile framework. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure maintainability, performance, and adherence to clean code principles. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems to improve efficiency. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into high-quality, functional code. Requirements 4 years of professional experience in full-stack web development. Proven expertise in building and deploying production-grade applications using the MERN stack. Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture. Experience with version control systems, specifically Git, in a collaborative team environment. Ability to write clean, modular, and testable code. Proficiency in optimizing application performance and scalability. Required Education B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
