Your job is to assist customers in choosing eyewear, explain product features, and deliver the best shopping experience. This role is perfect for candidates who are enthusiastic, customer-friendly, and want to grow in the retail & fashion industry. --- Key Roles & Responsibilities Greet and guide customers in selecting eyewear Demonstrate product features & explain benefits clearly Perform basic eye checkups (complete training will be given) Handle billing, returns, and customer service queries Maintain store hygiene, product display & brand standards Achieve daily & monthly sales targets set by the company --- Eligibility Criteria ✔ Graduate / Undergraduate with minimum 1 year of sales experience OR ✔ Freshers with excellent communication & confidence (welcome to apply) ✔ Must be customer-focused and passionate about retail sales ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment --- Salary & Benefits Experienced Candidates: ₹21,500 CTC + Incentives Freshers: ₹17,500 CTC + Incentives 6 Days Working | 9 Hours Shift (Between 10 AM – 9 PM) Attractive incentives based on performance Excellent career growth opportunities with India’s leading eyewear brand --- Interview & Selection Process Step 1 – Initial Screening (By Consultant/Remark) Resume collection & verification 1st round telephonic/virtual interview by Consultant HR Only shortlisted candidates move to the next step Step 2 – Secondary Evaluation (By Consultant HR Team) 2nd round interview by Consultant HR team Candidate’s communication, skills & suitability will be checked Shortlisted resumes + MIS report will be forwarded to Lenskart HR Step 3 – Client Shortlisting (By Lenskart HR/Director) Lenskart HR/Director will review shortlisted candidates Final shortlisted candidates will be invited for the final round Step 4 – Final Interview (Walk-in at Lenskart Chennai Office) Candidates must attend in-person interview at the Chennai branch office Exact branch/location will be informed in advance Step 5 – Final Selection & Onboarding Selected candidates will receive Offer Letter directly from Lenskart Joining formalities & onboarding will happen at Chennai office --- Important Instructions for Candidates Carry updated resume, valid ID proof, and educational/work documents during final interview Dress Code: Formal / Business attire Be punctual and prepared for both sales & customer interaction role
