Senior Graphics Designer

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join THE PEP HOUSE team, responsible for creating captivating designs across print and digital platforms. We serve a global clientele and with growing business needs of clients, we are increasingly coming up with more and more specialized and customized solutions. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Time: 10:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. Schedule: Morning shift Age : 20- 30 years Key Responsibilities Work on different projects and media using Adobe software to develop innovative graphic designs that meet the company’s business goals. Obtain input from managers and ensure that the designs meet organizational standards. Work independently is most preferable and can collaborate with the marketing team as and when required. Schedule projects based on priority to balance the workload, which might include three or more simultaneous projects Study existing visuals, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities. Use trend intelligence to design and implement specific classifications. llustrates certain concepts after designing art examples in a specific size, arrangement, type, and style. Further, they must be submitted for approval. Efficiently plan concepts by studying relevant materials and information carefully. Coordinate with the art services, outside agencies, marketing team, web designers, colleagues and clients etc. Prepare finished art with the help of operating software and necessary equipment. Contribute to the team efforts by accomplishing requisite tasks as and when required. Review the final layouts and suggest improvements as and when required.
