# Testing Engineer **Job Location:** Indore, Madhya Pradesh **Job Type:** Full-time **Experience Required:** 1–2 Years **Salary:** ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month **Work Location:** On-site ## Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated **Testing Engineer** with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for product validation, quality testing, executing test procedures, analyzing test results, identifying defects, and supporting product quality and performance. ## Key Responsibilities * Perform product validation, verification, and quality testing. * Develop, prepare, and execute test cases, test procedures, and test plans. * Conduct functional and performance testing of products and systems. * Use test and measurement instruments to perform accurate testing and analysis. * Identify, document, and report defects, failures, and performance issues. * Analyze test results and prepare detailed test reports and documentation. * Verify corrective actions and retest products after modifications or issue resolution. * Work closely with the R&D, engineering, production, and quality teams. * Support the development and improvement of testing processes and procedures. * Ensure products meet defined quality, performance, and functional requirements. ## Required Qualifications and Skills * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in **Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering**, or a relevant engineering discipline. * **1–2 years of experience** in product testing, validation, verification, or quality testing. * Experience in **product validation and quality testing**. * Hands-on experience with **test and measurement instruments (TMI)** such as: * DSO / Digital Storage Oscilloscope * CRO / Cathode Ray Oscilloscope * Function Generator * Power Analyzer * Data Logger * Other relevant testing and measurement equipment * Ability to perform testing, analyze results, identify issues, and prepare test reports. * Good understanding of testing procedures, documentation, and quality processes. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. ## Preferred Skills * Familiarity with **LabVIEW, Python, or automated test systems** will be an added advantage. * Knowledge of automated testing and data acquisition systems is preferred. * Experience with test automation, test setup development, or data analysis is an advantage. ## Salary and Benefits * **Salary:** ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills. * Opportunity to work in a professional and growth-oriented environment. * Learning and career development opportunities. ## Application Candidates with relevant experience in **product testing, validation, quality testing, and test and measurement instruments** are encouraged to apply. **Job Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** Indore, Madhya Pradesh
