# Welder / Fitter **Location:** Hyderabad (Near Ramoji Film City), Telangana **Salary:** ₹25,000 per month (Take-home salary up to ₹28,000 per month) **Experience:** Fresher / Experienced **Job Type:** Full-time | Permanent | Work from Office ## Job Overview We are looking for skilled and dedicated **Welder / Fitters** to join our manufacturing team in **Hyderabad, Telangana**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding, fitting, and fabrication work while ensuring quality standards and workplace safety. Freshers with relevant ITI qualifications and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. ## Key Responsibilities * Perform welding, fitting, and fabrication work as per engineering drawings and specifications. * Assemble, fit, and fabricate metal components accurately. * Operate welding machines, cutting equipment, and fabrication tools safely. * Read and interpret fabrication drawings (preferred). * Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met. * Maintain workplace safety and follow company safety procedures. * Coordinate with the production team to complete assigned work within deadlines. * Perform routine maintenance of welding and fabrication equipment. * Keep the work area clean and organized. ## Required Qualifications * SSC (10th Pass), ITI, or Diploma in Welding, Fitter, or a related trade. * Freshers with relevant ITI skills are welcome to apply. * Experienced candidates with fabrication or welding experience are preferred. * Immediate joiners will be given preference. ## Required Skills * MIG, TIG, Arc, or Gas Welding (as applicable) * Fitting and Metal Fabrication * Ability to Read Fabrication Drawings (Preferred) * Knowledge of Welding Equipment and Tools * Measuring and Marking Techniques * Quality Inspection of Welded Components * Safe Handling of Welding Equipment * Knowledge of Workplace Safety Standards * Attention to Detail and Accuracy * Teamwork and Good Communication Skills ## Salary **₹25,000 per month** **Take-home Salary:** Up to **₹28,000 per month** (Based on skills and experience) ## Benefits * Company-Provided Accommodation * Paid Leave * Overtime Opportunities (if applicable) * Training and Skill Development * Stable Employment * Career Growth Opportunities * Supportive Work Environment **Work Location:** Hyderabad, Telangana (Near Ramoji Film City)
