# Back Office Executive cum Telecaller **Location:** Indore, Madhya Pradesh **Job Type:** Full-time **Salary:** ₹10,000–₹13,000 per month **Experience:** Freshers and experienced candidates can apply **Qualification:** 12th Pass / Graduate preferred ## Job Summary We are looking for a **Back Office Executive cum Telecaller** to handle customer calls, follow-ups, data management and daily back-office activities. ## Key Responsibilities * Make and receive customer calls. * Follow up with customers and leads. * Maintain customer records and call details. * Update data in Excel and CRM systems. * Handle customer queries professionally. * Coordinate with the sales and office teams. * Prepare basic reports and maintain documents. * Support day-to-day back-office operations. ## Requirements * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications. * Hindi communication required; basic English preferred. * Good follow-up and customer-handling skills. * Freshers are welcome to apply. * Previous experience in telecalling, customer service or back-office work is an advantage.
