Lead Generation: Identify, develop, and nurture new business opportunities in the ITSM services domain. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their ITSM needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. Sales Strateg, Negotiations: Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service terms with clients. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (technical, delivery, operations) to ensure proposals align with the company’s capabilities and offerings.
