Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the aluminum extrusion and window manufacturing
sector.
Generate leads and build relationships with architects, contractors, fabricators, and developers.
Promote and sell aluminum windows, doors, and related products to clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
✅ Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
✅ Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Monitor and report sales performance and market developments.
✅ Coordination & Collaboration:
Work closely with the production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends and customer demands.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
