About the Role: TechnoBridge Systems Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (B2C) to join our team in Pune. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and connect with potential students through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and digital outreach. Build a strong B2C sales pipeline of quality leads. • Sales Conversion & Deal Closure: Effectively pitch the company’s offerings, understand student needs, and convert inquiries into enrollments through personalized counseling. • Career Counselling & Student Guidance: Provide honest and insightful career guidance to freshers and job seekers, helping them choose the right training and certification programs. • Target Mastery & Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Drive growth by maintaining a strong follow-up and conversion funnel. • Revenue Growth & Strategic Impact: Contribute to revenue goals by executing data-driven, innovative B2C sales strategies, and staying on top of market trends. Required Skills: • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Build instant rapport, influence decisions, and develop lasting relationships with students and parents. • Strong Sales Acumen – Confident in B2C sales, from cold calling to closing deals. • Resilience & Motivation – Ability to handle objections and stay goal-focused under pressure. • Passion for Education & Career Development – Genuine desire to help individuals achieve their professional goals. • Basic Computer Skills – Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
