Business Development Executive

Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at AK Global. As a key member of our Business Development Department, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the B2B market. Responsibilities:
Identifying and qualifying potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities
Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations
Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
Negotiating contracts and closing deals
Managing a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecasting sales revenue
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics

Qualifications:
Graduation required, other advanced education preferred
Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role, with a minimum of 1 year and 1 month of experience
Strong sales acumen, including prospecting, lead qualification, needs analysis, and closing skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
