Job Title: Business Development Team Member Location: Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District Company: Panacorp Software Solutions (R&D Organization) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Team Member to help expand our client base and strengthen our market presence. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, manage relationships, and contribute to Panacorp's growth through strategic client acquisition. This position is open to candidates with any degree and provides incentives, experience certification, and opportunities for salary increments based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing Panacorp’s services and assessing client needs. Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and set up meetings. Build and maintain client relationships with regular follow-up and support. Prepare tailored business proposals and presentations for potential clients. Record client interactions in the CRM, track lead progression, and report on activities. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies for client engagement. Qualifications: Any bachelor’s degree. Prior experience in business development, sales, or customer service, particularly in phone-based client interactions, is preferred but not required. Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
