Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to handle patient interactions and appointment bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, be patient-focused, and comfortable working in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients professionally and courteously.
Assist patients with booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments.
Address patient enquiries regarding doctors, departments, services, timings, and procedures.
Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth appointment coordination process.
Maintain proper documentation of calls and update patient details in CRM/system.
Follow up with patients when required for confirmations or additional information.
Escalate complex cases or complaints to the concerned department appropriately.
Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality at all times.
Eligibility & Skills Required
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Mandatory).
Good listening skills and empathetic approach while handling patients.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/software systems.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Prior experience in healthcare/customer support/call center is an added advantage.
