About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our healthcare support team.
As a Customer Care Executive (Voice Process), you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients, and ensuring a smooth healthcare service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services, appointments, and patient support.
Provide accurate information about healthcare packages, tests, and medical services.
Assist patients in scheduling appointments, understanding reports, and addressing basic queries.
Maintain patient records in the system with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English and regional language.
Empathy and patience while handling healthcare-related calls.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
Eligibility
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in customer service or healthcare process will be an added advantage.
