Job Summary:
The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing and resolving customer queries, ensuring smooth onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and distributors using the Pharmarack platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with platform-related queries.
Onboard new users (retailers/distributors) on the Pharmarack app and explain product features.
Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with the technical team for quick resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuous engagement.
Educate customers about new features, updates, and promotions.
Escalate unresolved queries to higher support levels when necessary
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the customer experience.
