Customer Support Executive -- Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore -- Salary: 18,000 CTC (16,500 in-hand) + 2,000 incentives -- Qualification: Graduation mandatory -- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support -- Roles & Responsibilities: -- Handle inbound calls for Airtel Black services -- Resolve customer queries and maintain call records -- Shift & Days: -- Male: rotational shift -- Female: fixed day shift (7 AM ? 8 PM) -- 5 days working, rotational offs -- Training: 40?45 days, stipend 400/day -- Skills: Excellent communication skills --- 2. Broadband ? Customer Support (Voice) -- Salary: 10,500 - 11,300 CTC -- Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate -- Experience: Freshers and experienced both can apply -- Roles & Responsibilities: -- Handle inbound/outbound voice process for broadband services -- Resolve customer queries and provide support -- Skills: Good English communication -- Shift & Days: Day shift (male rotational), 6 days working --- 3. IPRU ? Customer Support (Voice) -- Salary: 10,500 - 11,300 CTC -- Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate -- Experience: Freshers and experienced both can apply -- Roles & Responsibilities: -- Handle customer queries -- Provide accurate information -- Ensure quality service -- Shift & Days: Day shift (male rotational), 6 days working
