Responsibilities:
Deliver products to customers' locations accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and routes
Maintain proper handling and care of delivered products, preventing damage during transit
Obtain customer signatures or acknowledgements upon delivery completion, ensuring accurate record-keeping
Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any delivery-related inquiries or concerns professionally
Follow designated delivery routes and schedules, optimizing delivery efficiency and minimizing delays
Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly
Adhere to traffic laws and regulations, ensuring safe driving practices at all times
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of delivery vehicles, ensuring proper maintenance and reporting any mechanical problems
Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company positively and professionally
Collaborate with team members and management, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery operations
