Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and share accurate quotations with customers in a timely manner
2. Procure materials from suppliers based on requirements
3. Track and follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery
4. Maintain and manage inventory levels efficiently
5. Handle dispatch operations and ensure correct and timely shipment of orders
6. Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled within deadlines
7. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth operations
Requirements
1. Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
2. Good organizational and time management skills
3. Basic understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes
4. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
5. Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools is preferred
