Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented U.S. Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline transportation and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a thorough understanding of logistics procedures. Proficiency in Google Sheets and professional email etiquette is essential. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate freight movement and shipments across the U.S. Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Track and monitor shipments, updating stakeholders on delivery timelines. Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and other logistics software. Resolve any transportation-related issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies. Optimize routing and scheduling to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Collaborate with warehouse teams, suppliers, and customers to manage inventory and shipments. Prepare and maintain logistics reports and documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Google Sheets and other Microsoft Office tools. Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of logistics regulations and industry best practices. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Customer service-oriented mindset.
