Electrician

An Electrician is responsible for the installation, cabling, testing, and maintenance of DG sets ranging from 100 KVA to 3000 KVA, ensuring safe and efficient power distribution. Key Responsibilities: Carry out installation and cabling work for DG sets (100 KVA to 3000 KVA) Perform power cable laying, glanding, and termination for LT/HT cables Handle wiring and connections of AMF panels, synchronization panels, and control panels Install and test earthing systems Work on cable trays, conduits, and panel mounting Check all electrical connections before DG set start-up Perform fault finding and troubleshooting in electrical systems Ensure proper load distribution and compliance with safety standards Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections ️ Skills Required: Strong knowledge of DG set electrical systems Experience in cable termination (lugging, dressing) Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and SLD Knowledge of safety standards (earthing, insulation, PPE) Good troubleshooting and maintenance skills
