Job Title: Co-Founder (Equity-Based Leadership Role) Company: Profit Venture Pvt. Ltd. Ltd. is building a next-generation AI, digital skills, business consulting, and startup ecosystem focused on empowering individuals, businesses, and entrepreneurs with future-ready solutions. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a visionary Co-Founder who is ready to build, scale, and lead alongside the Founder. Investment & Equity Structure ₹5,00,000 Investment: Up to 15% Equity ₹3,00,000 Investment:** 5–10% Equity** Equity allocation is subject to due diligence, performance expectations, and execution capabilities. A detailed Shareholders' Agreement and Vesting Agreement will be executed before onboarding. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Founder to define and execute the company's long-term vision and strategy. Drive business growth, revenue generation, and market expansion. Build strategic partnerships with clients, investors, educational institutions, and corporate organizations. Lead fundraising, investor relations, and business development initiatives. Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing teams. Develop scalable business models and operational processes. Identify new market opportunities and product expansion strategies. Represent the company in meetings, networking events, conferences, and investor pitches. Monitor business performance through KPIs, financial metrics, and growth analytics. Ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives across departments. Support branding, marketing, and go-to-market strategies. Maintain high standards of governance, compliance, and ethical leadership. Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen the company's competitive advantage. Required Qualifications Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ownership mentality. Proven experience in business development, sales, operations, marketing, technology, finance, or startup leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to make data-driven strategic decisions. Experience in building and scaling businesses is preferred. Strong professional network is an added advantage. Willingness to invest time, commitment, and resources toward long-term growth. Preferred Background Startup Founder or Co-Founder experience. MBA, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Business Management, or relevant professional experience. Experience in AI, EdTech, SaaS, Consulting, HRTech, Recruitment, Digital Marketing, or Technology businesses is preferred. Decision-Making Authority The Co-Founder will participate in strategic discussions and business planning. However, all major decisions—including company policies, financial commitments, equity restructuring, hiring of senior leadership, legal agreements, investments, acquisitions, mergers, intellectual property decisions, and changes to company rules or regulations—require the prior written approval of the Founder. The Co-Founder shall not independently implement company-wide policies or regulatory changes without the Founder's authorization.
