Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive institutional sales and business growth across assigned territories. The role involves building relationships with educational institutions, universities, libraries, government departments, and key decision-makers while expanding the company's market presence throughout North India.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage institutional sales across assigned territories.
Promote books, digital resources, and academic content solutions.
Build strong relationships with universities, colleges, libraries, and educational institutions.
Meet faculty members, librarians, principals, directors, department heads, and other decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Manage distributor and channel partner relationships.
Generate enquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of meetings, sales activities, leads, and market intelligence.
Represent the company at seminars, conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and academic events.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
