# HR Executive **Location:** Indore, Madhya Pradesh **Salary:** ₹17,000 per month **Experience:** 1–2 Years **Job Type:** Full-time ## Job Summary We are looking for an **HR Executive** to support recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. ## Key Responsibilities * Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing. * Screen candidates and schedule interviews. * Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. * Maintain employee records and HR documentation. * Manage attendance, onboarding, and employee queries. * Support daily HR and administrative activities. * Prepare basic HR reports and maintain data in Excel. ## Requirements * Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. * 1–2 years of experience in HR/recruitment. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. **Salary:** ₹17,000 per month **Location:** Indore, Madhya Pradesh
