• Engage with corporate clients, MNCs, and manufacturing plants across India. • Generate new business opportunities from both new and existing clients. • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure alignment on hiring needs. • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting walk-in drives. • Conduct intake meetings with clients or hiring managers (via call or email) to understand talent gaps and build tailored recruitment plans. • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates regarding interview status and selection outcomes. • Build applicant pipelines using job portals, social media, job boards, professional networks, and databases. • Provide continuous support to supervisors by preparing and analyzing recruitment data and reports.
