# ICU Specialist **Location:** Delhi **Salary:** ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month **Experience:** 0–4 Years **Job Type:** Full-time ## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled **ICU Specialist** to join our healthcare team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive critical care to patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Freshers with relevant qualifications and experienced professionals are welcome to apply. ## Key Responsibilities * Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU. * Monitor patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. * Manage ventilators, airway support, and other life-support equipment. * Perform emergency and critical care procedures as required. * Interpret diagnostic reports including ABG, ECG, laboratory investigations, and imaging. * Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. * Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide advanced life support. * Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. * Follow infection control guidelines and hospital protocols. * Educate patients' families regarding treatment plans and patient progress. ## Required Qualifications * MBBS with MD/DNB/DM or equivalent qualification in Critical Care Medicine, Internal Medicine, Anaesthesia, Pulmonary Medicine, or a related specialty. * Valid Medical Council Registration. * Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience can apply. ## Required Skills * Strong knowledge of ICU protocols and critical care management. * Proficiency in ventilator management and emergency patient care. * Ability to interpret ABG, ECG, laboratory reports, and diagnostic imaging. * Experience in managing sepsis, shock, trauma, and multi-organ failure. * Sound clinical judgment and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure emergency situations. * Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). * Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and infection control practices. ## Salary & Benefits * **Salary:** ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month * Professional growth and learning opportunities * Exposure to advanced critical care practices * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for career advancement **Work Location:** Delhi
