Senior/Lead Software unity Game Developer

We seek an experienced, highly technical, and exceptionally driven Senior/Lead Software Engineer to develop a world-class mobile games engineering team in India. You should be comfortable driving change, leading and motivating teams, providing direct feedback, solving complex problems, and, most importantly, establishing a high standard of performance. Mandatory Strong Sr Unity Game Developer Profile Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 1+ or 6+ years of hands-on experience in Unity game development. Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have experience in creating 3D games, Unity 3D and game mechanics implementation. Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have 1+ experience of managing a team Mandatory (Skills 1) - Strong expertise in multithreading, async operations, and writing thread-safe code Mandatory (Skills 2) - Must have deep understanding of data-oriented programming and Unity DOTS (Unity’s Data-Oriented Programming stack) Mandatory (Skills 3) - Must have experience in performance optimization, debugging, and mobile game deployment.
