Job Title: Medical Representative Location: Haldwani (Uttarakhand), Srinagar (Uttarakhand), Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Bareily(U.P.) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience) + Performance Incentives + TA/DA Job Summary A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote pharmaceutical products and strengthen relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical field sales and a proven ability to achieve sales and prescription targets. Key Responsibilities Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Conduct regular doctor visits and field calls within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors. Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness in the assigned market. Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets. Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets. Execute promotional activities and implement sales strategies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Maintain daily call reports, expense statements, and sales records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales Executive, or Healthcare Sales Executive. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
