Description: Provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, document patient information, communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, educate patients and their families on treatment plans, and adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care: Monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.
Collaborate with healthcare team: Effectively communicate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation: Meticulously document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Educate and empower patients: Provide patients and their families with clear explanations of treatment plans, medications, and post-treatment care instructions.
Adhere to safety protocols: Strictly follow safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
Monitor patient conditions: Regularly assess patient conditions, identify any changes, and promptly report concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.
Administer medications: Accurately prepare and administer medications as prescribed, following established protocols.
Required Education: 10th Passed
