*Job Role: Security Guard Service Office Assistant/Front Desk*
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Assistant/Front Desk to join our security guard service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.
*Key Responsibilities:*

- Greet visitors and clients, and direct them to the relevant personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails.
- Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
3. *Customer Service*:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to management.
4. *Security Operations*:
- Assist security personnel with administrative tasks, such as logging incidents and maintaining records.
- Provide support during emergency situations, such as evacuations or security breaches.

*Requirements:*
1. *Education*: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
