Patient Care Taker

Description: Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients, assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and mobility support. Monitor vital signs, document patient conditions, and communicate effectively with medical staff and family members. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients and adhere to all relevant safety and hygiene protocols. Exhibit empathy, patience, and a genuine dedication to enhancing the well-being of those under your care.
Responsibilities:
Delivering personalized care to patients based on their individual needs and care plans.
Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Monitoring vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, and accurately documenting findings.
Administering medication reminders and ensuring patients take their medications as prescribed.
Providing mobility support and assisting patients with ambulation and transfers.
Communicating effectively with medical staff, family members, and other caregivers regarding patient progress and any changes in their condition.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
Adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols to prevent infections and ensure patient safety.
Demonstrating empathy, patience, and respect in all interactions with patients and their families.
Documenting patient care activities accurately and promptly.
