Job Title: Plant Manager Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat Employment Type: Blue Star Contract Role Contract Duration: Up to 31st August 2030 Salary: 65,000 70,000 Net Take Home per month Qualification BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of Electromechanical Facilities, District Cooling Plants, Chiller Plants, or Industrial Plants. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall operation and maintenance of the plant. Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities. Ensure smooth and efficient daily plant operations. Monitor plant performance and implement measures to improve efficiency. Provide regular status updates and reports to the client. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors for uninterrupted plant operations. Manage manpower deployment and ensure optimum productivity. Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. Prepare technical documentation, maintenance schedules, and operational reports. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead teams and maintain excellent client relationships.
