Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Manager Sales Company: Gypmart India Pvt. Ltd. Location: Uttar Pradesh & Bihar Industry: Building Materials Employment Type: Full-Time Position: Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales Experience: 5–7 Years in sales (preferably in Building Materials / Construction Industry) Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred) Key Responsibilities:  Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned region (UP & Bihar).  Identify and develop new business opportunities with dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors.  Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners to ensure repeat business.  Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.  Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand presence in the market.  Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.  Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline with clients.  Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Key Skills & Competencies:  Strong communication and negotiation skills.  Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.  Proven track record of achieving sales targets.  Good knowledge of the building materials industry and dealer/distributor networks.  Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.  Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
