About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our engineering team at . In this role, you will be responsible for architecting robust, scalable solutions and driving the technical direction of our core platforms. You will work within a high-performing, agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets complex business requirements. As a key member of our development team, you will lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure the seamless integration of cloud-native technologies into our production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement complex system architectures that prioritize scalability, security, and performance.
Lead the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.
Architect and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP to support high-traffic applications.
Conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, maintainability, and performance.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Implement agile best practices to ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement of development workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical bottlenecks within distributed systems.
Requirements
4 years of professional experience in software development.
Proven expertise in System Architecture Design for enterprise-level applications.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing production workloads in Cloud Computing environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to backend or full-stack development.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced team environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
