Technical Support Assistant

We are an established water treatment company seeking a skilled and responsible Service Technician for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of RO Water Purifiers, Commercial RO Plants, Water ATM systems and Water Softeners. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical experience, strong problem-solving ability and a disciplined work approach. Key Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of: Domestic & Commercial RO Systems Industrial RO Plants Water ATM Units Water Softener Systems Periodic preventive maintenance services Troubleshooting electrical and plumbing-related issues Pump and motor inspection Membrane replacement and system sanitization TDS, pressure and flow monitoring On-site fault diagnosis and rectification Preparing service reports and maintaining records Coordinating with office team for service updates Required Skills & Qualifications ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing (Preferred) 2–5 years experience in RO or water treatment field Basic knowledge of electrical wiring (Single & Three Phase) Understanding of pumps, membranes, dosing systems Ability to use testing instruments (TDS meter, multimeter) Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred Willingness to travel locally Candidate Profile Responsible and punctual Good communication skills Customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently Long-term career mindset Compensation Fixed Salary (Based on Experience) Performance Incentives Travel Allowance (As per company policy) Growth opportunity within organization Employment Type Full-Time, Permanent
