Title: Telecaller - R&D Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Telecaller with 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, business development, lead generation, or related fields. This role involves engaging with potential clients, promoting our R&D services, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and explain our R&D services. Address client inquiries and provide relevant information. Assist with lead generation and follow-up. Maintain detailed call logs and client records. Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, business development, or lead generation. Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word). Ability to handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
